Choosing flooring is a big decision. That’s why we give you breathing room.

With our 30 Day Returns Guarantee, you can return eligible items if you’ve changed your mind or have unopened packs left over. Simple, clear, and fair.

Changed your mind?

If you no longer need your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery (or cancel before dispatch for a full refund).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Packs must be in resaleable condition

Please note:

  • Return transport costs are your responsibility
  • Original delivery charges (£39.99) are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods

Leftover packs from your project?

Ordered a little extra (wise move), and now have sealed packs left? No problem.

Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they’re in original condition and packaging.

  • Return transport costs remain your responsibility

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt

Damaged or incorrect orders

We take great care packaging your flooring, but in the unlikely event something isn’t right:

  1. Please accept the delivery and sign for it as damaged.
  2. Contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
  3. If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 48 hours.
  4. Provide photos or video evidence so we can assess the issue quickly.

You’ll need:

  • Your sales order number
  • Contact details
  • Photo or video evidence of the damage

You do not need to return damaged goods. please dispose of them safely.

A replacement will be arranged for the next available delivery date, or a refund will be processed within 14 days, depending on your preference.

Clearance Products

Clearance items are sold as seen and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

A small but important note

We always recommend checking your flooring carefully before installation. Once installed, the product is considered accepted and cannot be returned.
